Do you have concerns about the quality of care at a health care facility?
AORN encourages you to first discuss concerns with the health care professional who treated you. If you feel your concerns have not been addressed, discuss them with the facility administrators. Should you continue to have serious concerns, please report these issues to the Joint Commission or to your State Office of Consumer Affairs or Services.
